The Work is comprised of milling and overlaying, and widening approximately 5831 square yards of existing asphalt paving at the south reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plant of the City of Cape Coral as part of a drainage improvement project. A new asphalt paved access road to an existing storage pad, 386 square yards, is being added at the plant. In addition, a concrete diesel unloading pad is being removed and replaced. Concrete drainage swales are replacing existing soil storm water drainage swales.
