The City of Norcross is requesting Invitation to Bid from qualified Vendors for a Speed Detection Camera System for School Zones. The Vendor will provide and install all equipment and monitor the camera system for violations. The equipment and monitoring will be provided at no cost to the City of Norcross with revenue sharing of any collections. The Vendor will supply a speed camera detection system and program for four school zones in the City of Norcross. This system must be exclusively violator funded. All installation, maintenance, calibration, administration, and regulatory compliance costs are the responsibility of the vendor. The vendor may accomplish this through a revenue split per citation paid, or a fixed cost per citation paid. The program must be fully operational by February 24, 2020. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that the program meets and maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
