GDOT is seeking a Developer experienced in undertaking large transportation infrastructure projects. The Developer must have ability to arrange and close private financing, as well as demonstrated skill in designing and building FHWA Major Highway Projects. The Project consists of approximately 16 miles of variably priced express lanes along SR 400 between the MARTA North Springs Station at Exit 5C in Fulton County and approximately 0.9 miles north of the SR 400/McFarland Parkway Interchange at Exit 12 in Forsyth County (Project MSL00-0001-00(757), P.I. No. 0001757). Ramps and a collector-distributor (C/D) system that is currently under construction will connect the current general purpose lanes on I-285 to the SR 400 Express Lanes.
