Right-of-way landscape maintenance services to include providing all tools, machinery, equipment, labor, incidentals, credentials and licensing required to complete the work. The successful respondent shall perform its landscape management services upon the premises owned by the US Government (Eglin AFB) located on SR85 as shown in the referenced map. The project area is estimated at 65,000 square feet with 22 plant beds. Landscape beds include 40 Yaupon Holly, 272 Blanket Flowers, 85 Walter’s Viburum, 132 Silver Saw Palmetto, 166 False Rosemary, 130 Coontie Palm, and 84 Muhly Grass. Contractor is responsible for measuring and confirming all quantities. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
