The South Valley Sewer District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to develop, plan, manage, and execute the legally dispose of biosolids from several districts including Central Davis, South Valley, Timpanogos, and South Valley Water Reclamation. The RFP outlined here is specifically for the work outlined in Phase I. However, Phase II may be awarded to the firm performing the Phase I work, at the discretion of the Group, without repeating the procurement process.
