Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers for design, maintenance and installation of landscaping and maintenance of irrigation systems Countywide. Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the Standby Landscape Design and Installation Countywide. The Scope of the project is to provide professional landscape design and installation services that will be needed for the comprehensive management of all external features and structures for county facilities and grounds. The selected proposer(s) must have the ability to create designs and to develop construction documents. A variety of landscape methods may be requested on any project(s); therefore, the proposer(s) must have experience in Georgia on water-wise landscaping, design and installation. All designs must be completed in AutoCAD Releases 14 or higher. Incidental landscape design services may be required for certain projects and are on an on-call basis. Additionally, the scope of this work may require experienced personnel in the following areas on an as needed basis:Georgia Registered Landscape Architect, Project Manager. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
