The California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to dispose of hazardous waste, ncluding 1.3G and 1.4G dangerous fireworks, by means and practices acceptable to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and applicable laws. Contractor must be able to dispose of up to one load of fireworks every two weeks. This is a three year contract that covers the various locations throughout the entire state. There is a one year option to extend. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
