Shippensburg University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of conversion the existing Steam Plant to a facility for the School of Engineering. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, site improvements, thermal envelope improvements, new interior partitions and second floor with subsequent vertical circulation, HVAC, plumbing and electrical system improvements. Work shall be accomplished by multiple Prime Contractors and include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical construction and incidental and related construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
