The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavation, removal of existing structures, pavings, etc., and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing and inspection, and whatever else is necessary, whether described or not, in order to construct a new Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW), Steps, ADA ramp, leveling pad, drainage fill, drain pipe, geogrid, reinforced infill, retained back fill soil, geotextile filter fabric, signage, landscape features, recycled concrete aggregate base course, crushed blue stone top course, fences, gates, concrete curb cuts, lighting, and other site improvements as required by the drawings and specifications. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
