The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting the services of a General Contractor for a single prime construction contract at the State University of New York College at Morrisville campus. The project involves the complete renovation of the existing Stewart Hall, an approximately 54,000 square feet building comprised of a basement and four-story residence hall with approximately 154 beds. The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, waterproofing, openings, interior finishes, furnishings, specialties, equipment, roofing, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, fire alarm, and site-work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
