The scope of this project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for roof repair at various locations throughout the City of Albany, Georgia, in accordance with the plans and specifications contained in this bid document, as well as subsequent addenda. Contractor’s bid shall include all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary to complete the contract requirements in accordance with bid documents, special instructions, specifications, and all other provisions included in this invitation to bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to visit the job site and become familiar with the local conditions.
