Work for the Project will include the construction of two (2) storm water drainage assistance projects as listed below. The work includes the construction of repairs and/or improvements to existing storm drainage infrastructure, open channels, and streams on private property, City property and City rights-of-way. • 2520 Broadlands Drive • 2720 Everett Avenue. The work will consist of but is not necessarily limited to clearing, grading, excavation, storm sewer pipe removal, replacement, and repair, storm drainage structure removal and installation, outlet stabilization, open channel stabilization, utility adjustments, curb and gutter, paving, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, landscaping, topsoil, seeding, mulching and other related items. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
