Prospective bidders will meet near/at 2300 Crabtree Boulevard greenway parking lot to discuss the projects and answer pertinent questions. This is the nearest greenway trailhead parking area to Project Area 1. Prospective bidders are to meet at the address provided and we will drive along Crabtree Creek Trail to project site located at Mile Marker 5 1/4, 5 3/8, and 6 east of Raleigh Boulevard Road. Prospective bidders will then meet at 2701 Industrial Drive east of Wake Forest Road to walk to the project sites at MM 7 3/4 and MM 8. Prospective bidders will then meet at 3637 Alleghany Drive east of Glenwood Avenue to walk to the project site at MM 11 1/4. Prospective bidders will then park their vehicles on the eastern right of way of northbound Louisburg Road just north of the Louisburg Road bridge on the shoulder to walk to the project site on the Neuse River Trail at Mile Marker 8 1/8. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
