Scope of work includes asphalt and concrete repairs, utility adjustments, installing traffic loops, and striping. Concrete work consists of sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and median improvements. The median on Avenida Pico will be shifted to accommodate bike lanes in both directions and the median on Via Pico Plaza will be modified to provide a better left turn clearance. Asphalt work consists of reconstructing Calle De Los Molinos while the remaining streets will consist of asphalt grind and overlay with localized pavement repairs. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
