Layton Okland a Joint Venture is soliciting budgets and information and sub-contractor bids for the Utah State Correctional Facility GMP 5.02 Master Control, R&O Intake, and processing & release center in Salt Lake City. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. This project is a 2 story, 96,834 SF (67,446 SF 1st level and 29,388 SF 2nd level) detention building that houses inmates after arriving at the Utah State Correctional Facility. We will be selecting MEP subcontractors through a Value Based Selection process. The VBS manual and LOJV bid manual are to be issued on or after 10/11/19.
