Midstate Construction is seeking subcontractors for Sonoma Clean Power at 7471 4th Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. This project includes demolition of the existing tenant improvements on the first floor and second floor. Also, new tenant improvements including mechanical, electrical systems, and new fire sprinklers throughout. The exterior improvements are limited to lighting, signage and accessibility enhancements for access/egress. All trades requested. Prevailing Wages.
