The Sugar Hill PIB Greenway Trail Realignment construction will consist of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project includes but is not limited to the required erosion and sediment control, traffic control, grading, +1,955 LF of 30” concrete curbs, +3,109 SY of 5” thick concrete trail, turnup and turndown walls along the trail, parapet wall, handrails, guardrails, stormwater structures, stormwater pipes, permanent grassing, and related appurtenances along the project limits that will comprise the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. The Bid Bond may be in the form of a bond issued by a surety acceptable to the City or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia.
