The scope of the project is to renovate an existing 49,400 square foot dormitory with a concrete structural system, brick veneer exterior, and copper mansard and membrane roofing system. This project includes the renovation of the existing 3 story Residence Hall, the addition of a 4th floor, and a new steel framed attic with sloped metal roof. Entrance Vestibule and bicycle canopy additions will also be constructed. The interior renovations will include the reconfiguration of spaces and installation of floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems will also be provided. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
