The Contractor will be required to perform prep work, removal, installation and cleanup for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services defined in this ITB. The majority of the work will occur on the Interstate and State Route system. This work consists of milling, patching, debris removal, and installing traffic control markings. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals required to complete the work. The Recycled Asphalt Concrete Patching Incl Bitum Mattl & H Lime shall be milled 2.5 inches and replaced with Recycled Asph Conc 12.5 MM Superpave, GP1 or 2, Incl Bitum Matl & H Lime. Milling shall be included in theRecycled Asphalt Concrete Patching Incl Bitum Mattl & H Lime price. Contractor must submit a bid bond or proposal guaranty for each bid submitted to the Department. Bid bonds or proposal guarantees not received by the Department before the due/close date and time will not be accepted and bid rejected.
