Sealed Proposals will be received by the owner, Moultrie Colquitt County Airport Authority for the construction of the Taxiway Mill and Overlay for Moultrie Municipal Airport in Moultrie, Georgia. The Contractor's Proposal will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and all things necessary pursuant to Drawings, Specifications and Conditions, etc., for Taxiway Mill and Overlay for Moultrie Municipal Airport, RAC 19029.20 (the "Project"). The Project generally consists of milling the existing taxiways by 1.5” and overlaying 1.5” to match existing grades. This project is required to comply with the requirements of the Civil Rights office for Disadvantage Business Enterprise Program. The goal for these programs is set at 11.93%.
