Shall be rental units, UMU will not accept any transfer of title. Shall be LED luminaries powered by stored energy, batteries. Units shall be self-contained and programmable. The contractor shall physically secure the units as required. UMU assumes not liability for risk or damage.The approximate location of the light towers are shown on the attachments. This project will include (2) light towers for Parking Lot J and (6) light towers for Sarah Loguen Parking Lot. The Sarah Loguen Parking Lot will be illuminated based upon the attached photo-metric study. Foot Candle levels after placement of the light towers will be within 10% of the stated values on the photo-metric study.The contractor shall keep all units in good repair. The contractor shall repair any deficiencies within 36 hours of trouble notice.The cost of any parts and labor for maintenance shall be included in this contract.
