These services will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, groundcover, sod, shrubs, trees, maintenance of traffic, and Landscape components. The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation and incidentals necessary for the completion of the work. Release Orders will be issued by the County describing the scope of services and list of materials, dollar amount and time for completion of the particular order. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and incidentals related to services necessary to respond quickly and satisfactorily complete construction of each landscape project in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the directions provided by the County. Landscape work shall include planning, County permitting, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, site preparation, furnishing and installing plant materials and site maintenance in accordance with Seminole County’s “Technical Specifications for Roadway Landscaping” and the “Landscape Standards for Roadway Median Islands.”
