Constructing a new steel pile-supported breasting dolphin (breasting dolphin 2) with a walkway between the floating dock and the new breasting dolphin; replacing the existing fender rub rail on the floating dock; repairing dented steel piles on mooring dolphins 1 and 2; removing and replacing severely bent and out-of-plumb fender piles on dock breasting dolphins 2, 3, and 4; and removing and disposing of existing old wood piles as required in accordance with regulatory mitigation requirements for this project.
