The purpose of this project is for the modernization of the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Terrell Readiness Center facility including mitigation of life, safety and code related deficiencies. Interior building improvements include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire alarm and IT / telecom trades. Exterior building improvements include site civil modifications & site utility upgrades. The building is a registered Texas Historical Landmark and must remain so after construction operations are completed. Terrell RC Major Maintenance Project is located at Lions Club Park, Hwy 80 West, Terrell, TX 75160. Bidders must be pre-qualified (prime & general contractors only). The deadline to submit completed pre-qualification documents to Freese and Nichols, Inc. is 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 23, 2019.
