Texas A & M University is inviting proposals for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to maintain 4 acres of lawn, including up to 15 feet from edge of parking lots. Property has about 60 trees. Hedges surround front & side of building F & hedges in front of Building A. Hedges surround the chillers enclosed in a fenced area. Lawn maintenance requirements: Mow, edge trim all grass areas & blow cuttings from sidewalks. Apply mulch at tree bases when needed. Remove weeds from hedge beds. Trim all hedges quarterly. Trim all trees once a year & prune shrubs & remove all debris from the premises. Spread grass fertilizer annually. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The anticipated term of this agreement is notice to proceed through 8/31/20 with four, 12 month, renewal options.
