Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to remove damaged roofing and install new roofs on the low-slope roofs at the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center Visitor’s Center. Work shall include but not limited to: demolition, minor masonry work, waterproofing, minor wood replacement, metal coping installation, single-ply membrane roofing, and gutter alteration and installation in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within one hundred forty (140) calendar days. HUB Subcontracting Plan required. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
