The scope of work consists of improvements within Third Avenue from E Street to approximately 200 feet north of F Street. The roadway will be narrowed at intersections and at midblock crossings by extending curbs toward the centerline on each side of the roadway to provide one through lane in each direction between E Street and F Street. New raised medians will be constructed, diagonal parking will be provided, and pedestrians crossings will be constructed with decorative pavers within the project limits. Bonds required. Q&A due by 05/01/19 at 5Pm. Prevailing wages.
