The Stone Mountain Memorial Association (SMMA) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the Top of Mountain Packaged Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacement Project. The bid will seek contractors to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to replace the two existing, 30-ton packaged RTU systems. The project is located at the top of Stone Mountain. GPS coordinates for the project are 33.805614 N, 84.1456 W.
