This project is funded through proceeds from the voter-approved ½ Cent Sales Tax for Infrastructure Improvement Projects. This is a very high-profile project and the Contractor shall take all means necessary to ensure a successful, timely project. This project is to construct approximately 10,740 linear feet of concrete sidewalk on Torino Parkway in the following locations: Segment 1 – 8-feet wide from proposed roundabout at SW California Boulevard to NW Volucia Dr. (approximately 2,050 LF on the north side). Segment 2 – 6-feet wide from Volucia Dr. to Conus St. (approximately 2,000 LF on the north side) Segment 3 – 6-feet wide from Vizcaya Falls subdivision to North Turtle Dove Ln (approximately 1,160 LF on the east side). Segment 4 – 8-feet wide from Turtle Dove Ln. to north of North Delwood Cir. Including a Timber Boardwalk over the drainage canal (approximately 4,150 LF on the east side) Segment 5 – 6-feet wide on South Delwood Drive from East Torino Parkway to Winterlakes Park (approximately 1,380 LF on the south side).
