The scope of work includes the renovation and reconfiguration of selected interior spaces at Waterford Town Hall, including new walls, windows, doors, ceiling systems, finishes, lighting, etc. This project also includes the procurement and installation of a new HVAC system, including associated duct work, piping, insulation, controls, and power. Selective demolition shall be required, and work shall be sequenced into (2) two phases. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
