Ware County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Traffic Signs and Safety Improvements, Phase 2, Jamestown Road and Central Avenue Areas Project. The Scope of Work Includes Installation and Replacement of existing signage and support structures to meet industry safety standards. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days of the date of a written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids.
