The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible bidders for the purpose of obtaining bids for the removal of trees at the Schenectady Pine Barrens as requested by The Department of Engineering. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) drawn upon a national or state bank or trust company, to the order of the Commissioner of Finance, City of Schenectady. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
