The Removal and disposal of approximately (45) Forty-Five Trees. Site location are as outlined in map attachment. Trees for harvesting have been marked with white paint. Trees can be viewed on-site. Scope includes off site removal of all trunks and limbs as required. Stumps that need to be ground have been marked with red paint, and shall be ground 3 inches below the surface. Finished grade shall be restored after completion to include: Rut Repairs and Reseeding as necessary. Include all Labor, Equipment and Traffic Control. Service provider shall coordinate any necessary Permits and resolve all conflicts to include underground structures. Service provider shall coordinate all necessary Safety Matters. Specify exceptions or exclusions. Site locations: Various locations along the North side of Country Club Rd. Starting at Wedgewood Dr. and extending to Camelia Rd.
