The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision necessary to supply and install new Elevator components as outlined in the attached Plans and Specifications by Method Architecture. Scope also includes an upgrade to the fire alarm system, mechanical scope, replace lighting and selective electrical work, and perform repairs and miscellaneous work as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Questions, must be submitted in writing to Fred Warner on or before 5/2/2019 @ 2:00 PM. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
