The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, other means of construction, and all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project TS164, Windsor Pkwy Sidewalk Project, to install approximately 1,521 LF of sidewalk, drainage system which includes but not limited to 93 LF of 72” RCP under east bound travel lane of Windsor Pkwy, one outlet structure, and one catch basin large enough to accommodate the 72” RCP, and associated improvements on the south side of Windsor Pkwy from existing sidewalk on east of Crestwicke Pointe to City Limit as per the approved construction plans; and install 140 LF of sidewalk and associated improvements on the north side of Windsor Pkwy from Highgrove Pointe to existing sidewalk west of Mabry Pointe. Through vehicular access and 2-way traffic must be maintained during project construction. The Contractor must provide structural drawings signed and sealed by licensed Georgia Professional Engineer for approval by the City for the two structures listed above. The Contractor must also provide shoring design details signed and sealed by licensed Georgia Professional Engineer for approval by the City.There is no City furnished equipment to be installed by the contractor. Water service meter relocation will be by City of Atlanta Watershed Contractor. The water meter elevation adjustments will by the Contractor. The Contractor must coordinate water service meter relocation with the COA Watershed Contractor during construction.
