In accordance with the plans and specifications, the project consists of the construction services to expand and remodel the TSA’s current operations and office space located on the first level of the B Concourse at RNO. The project will remodel approx 3,658 square feet of currently leased space, as well as improve 1,338 square feet of adjacent vacant space for TSA’s use. Remodeling will consist of demolition of walls, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, VCT flooring, doors, HVAC ducts, electrical, water fountains, and radiant heaters, and include construction of new walls, painting, light fixtures, ceiling tiles, flooring, doors, HVAC ducts, electrical, telecom, water fountains, radiant heaters, and security. Bonds required.
