Contractor to provide labor, equipment, materials, supervision and other incidental items to remove snow, provide traffic control & access to the work area; remove & reinstall fencing and other items; install river diversion material, formwork, turbidity boom, and cementitious grout to perform underwater grouting for void repair & scour protection.
