Removal of existing Parshall Flume structure and associated electrical & instrumentation; dry weather flow diversion; full wet weather flow bypass pumping; mobilization, SWPP, hydromulch seeding and sodding, trench safety Bonds required. MBE goals. Prevailing wages. Bidders must be pre-qualified.
