Demo (6) existing units and all associated ductwork. Demo (2) hanging heaters. Existing HVAC system above the mezzanine to remain. Install (2) 10-Ton Carrier gas/electric package units furnished by owner. Provide and Install Ecobee 4 thermostat with protective cage. Pour concrete pad for each unit with reinforced wire. Install (2) 12-inch high frames with sheet metal skirts for equipment support. Air distribution – gym approved heavy-duty steel return and supply grilles. Exterior sheet metal supply and return duct with flex connectors and 1-inch internal liner. Exterior sheet metal shall be insulated with 2-inch fiberglass board with ASJ jacket, fab cloth, CP9 mastic and painted. Color must be approved by CPRD. Interior ductwork to be double-wall spiral. Ductwork will be 115-feet with 24 drops down both sides of the building for each unit. 230-feet with 48 drops total. Spiral to be supported with gripple cable. Spiral to be supported with gripple cable. All gas line to be included.
