The purpose of this specification is to establish an annual requirements contract for Potable Water Ground and Elevated Storage Tank Cleaning. Once for each cycle during the contract term, the successful vendor shall complete the underwater cleaning of eleven (11) elevated storage tanks, nine (9) ground storage tanks, one (1) backwash storage tank. The cleaning of the Lake Arlington raw water intake and additional work, such as removing carbonate buildup will be performed on an as needed basis. The inspection schedule shall be determined by the City of Arlington in conjunction with the successful bidder.
