Orlando Utilities Commission is planning on constructing a new 230 kV transmission line in Orlando, Florida. The new 230 kV circuit will ultimately connect the Lake Highland Substation to the Stanton Energy Center. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies seeking to provide labor and equipment necessary to perform underground civil construction services for the 230kV Underground Transmission Line Project in accordance with the specifications. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
