Project Location: Mona Mack Social Science building, UNR Campus, Reno, Nevada. The Work shall be conducted in multiple phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated. 1. Phase 1: All work associated with the first floor improvements and the north half of the second floor improvements. Work of this phase shall commence upon notice to proceed and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy before the start of Phase 2. 2. Phase 2: All work associated with the second floor, south half improvements. The remaining Work shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy at time of Substantial Completion for the Work. Bonds required.
