Construct a pipe arch culvert at Crooked Creek and a precast split reinforced concrete box culvert at Cogswell Creek. 2. Construct earthwork, aggregate base, wearing surfaces, stormwater control at each culvert. 3. Install waterway enhancements, guardrail and pavement markings. 4. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
