The Utah Division of Facilities, Construction and Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the removal of existing BUR/gravel & BUR/CapSheet roofing systems down to Roof Deck. Install New 80 Mil PVC fully adhearded roofing system over ½” dens deck over 2 layers of 2.6” thermal insulation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The deadline for substantial completion if 9/1/2020.
