The Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide HVAC Upgrades at the Utah State Developmental Center Laurelwood & Pineridge Buildings. The work, in general, includes replacement of rooftop HVAC units, exhaust fans, steam converters for building heating and water heating, condensate pumps, circulation pumps in two buildings (Laurelwood and Pineridge). Replace associated piping and equipment. Includes structural upgrades to support new RTUs. Bonds required.
