The Tyus Parking Lot Modifications Project involves modifying the existing parking lot to create a new drive aisle in front of the new Student Health Center building as well as re-orienting and creating additional parking spaces. Construction includes pavement sawcutting and removal, installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control BMP’s, minor grading, light pole relocation, modifying existing storm drainage inlets, pavement patching, milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter, pavement striping, sidewalks, and permanent stabilization with landscape mulch and grassing.
