The purpose of this project is to extend vacuum sewer to provide public sewer to 101 Old Lakeside Drive and 105 Langston Point in York County. Both lots had previously paid sewer connection fees for previous County CIP sewer projects, and the County is now responsible for installing sewer in accordance to the County Ordinance. Work consists, but is not limited to: 101 Old Lakeside Drive - Installation of 4” vacuum sewer tap in Old Lakeside Drive; one (1) standard vacuum pot with one (1) 4” SDR 21 lateral and cleanout assembly; asphalt restoration with 30ft wide 1.5” mill and overlay per VDOT requirements. 105 Langston Point – Installation of one (1) deep vacuum pot with two (2) 4” SDR 21 laterals and cleanout assemblies. There is an existing 4” SDR 21 vacuum stub to the property line, and vacuum pot will be installed within County easement on property. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
