Must provide all labor, services, equipment and materials described in this document, whether directly or through sub-contractors/sub-consultants. This does not, however, limit the use of sub-contractors or sub-consultants. The intent of this project is to procure a qualified, professional contractor for the Valve Automation at LSSA Water Treatment Plant No.4. This project includes; but is not limited to, the replacement of four valves, with new valves and electric actuators to provide automatic flushing of wells upon start-up.
