This work shall include cutting to ground level and removing as directed: trees with a Diameter Breast Height (DBH) not exceeding 6” DBH, various size shrubs, bamboo, and vines growing into trees and shrubs for approximately ten (10) feet in all directions, or as directed by the VDOT Contract Administrator or designee. This includes either colocated components, or those separately placed. All vegetation that is removed shall be cut flush to the ground and removed in a manner that will not damage adjacent remaining trees and shrubs. Any fallen woody debris that is within the right-of-way shall be removed as directed. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
