The scope of work includes repair or replace like-kind, commercial grade restroom building systems. Return to original function for use by public, upgrading to current building codes and standards as necessary and obtain final inspections. Includes electrical, plumbing, roofing, trim, carpentry, restroom fixtures, concrete & flat work, but not limited to, attached list of damage included in this document/package. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
